The versatile and powerful Echelon Black Diamond Power Burner is perfect for stockpots, woks, and more. The inner and outer natural gas ring burners combine for a total of 60,000 BTUs. The inner ring has a range of 3,000 to 15,000 BTUs, while the outer ring has a maximum of 45,000 BTUs.
It features back-lit control knobs on elegantly designed black porcelain coated steel facing for a modern style that matches its performance. Stainless steel cooking grids are standard as well as a black porcelain-coated steel lid to protect the interior of the unit from the elements. This Power Burner hooks up to your Echelon Diamond or Aurora Grill or can be wired individually using a separate power supply box (sold separately).
